Established in 2004, The Fortius Group, and its affiliates, was created to provide to its clients and partners disciplined real estate investment strategies while realizing risk mitigated yields. Fortius’ regional emphasis remains mainly in the Western U.S. For centuries the word “Fortius” has inspired millions of athletes and spectators worldwide as it has served as the finale in the Olympic Motto, “Citius, Altius, Fortius” (the Latin meaning “Swifter, Higher, Stronger”). It is our goal to live up to our name as we continually strive to “be better than our previous self.”
