Elevation Condominiums at Powder Mountain Ski Resort, Utah

The Powder Ridge Development property is located near Eden, in Weber County, Utah, 19 miles Northeast of Ogden, Utah and 55 miles North of the Salt Lake International Airport. Comprising approximately 7.5 acres, it is at the top of the Powder Mountain Ski Resort at 8,900 feet elevation and right on the Hidden Lake Ski run. It is the purest form of ski-in/ski-out property in the United States. Locals refer to our property’s location as “between Eden and Paradise." The Powder Mountain Ski Resort is located on the north side of Pineview Reservoir and across the valley from Earl Holding’s Snowbasin Ski Resort. Elevation will consist of 204 magnificent condominium units, club house, restaurant, spa, indoor pool and hot tubs, concierge service, shuttle service and more. It neighbors approximately 34 existing condominiums which also provide club house, indoor pool, hot tubs and tennis court. It capitalizes on breathtaking scenery and the uninterrupted views of four States, Idaho to the north, Wyoming to the east, Nevada to the west and, of course, Utah. All 30 units for Phase 1 have been prereserved. We are now taking reservations for 24 units in Phase 2.

Sundown Condominiums at Powder Mountain Ski Resort, Utah

Located at the Powder Mountain Ski Resort, the Sundown development property is the first development anyone will see coming to ski at Powder Mountain. It nestles right across the road from the Sundown Ski Lift. It will comprise 72 units of luxury ski-in/ski-out condominiums. It features unobstructed views of the ski resort. Amenities will include club house, spa, swimming pool, hot tubs, concierge service, shuttle service and more.

Pineview Village at Pineview Reservoir, Eden, Utah

Taking in breathtaking views of Pineview Reservoir, Pineview Village sits approximately 75 yards from water’s edge.
