Fortius will finance up to 75% loan to value with rates varying on the type of collateral as security, the mitigated risk approach and the planned exit strategy. Origination points generally range from 3-5% with no prepayment penalty. Loan terms range from 30 to 150 days in the amounts of $100,000 to $3,000,000.
